The Role
As Takeaway Assistant Manager, you will support the management team in creating an environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training, and leading by example. You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential, ensuring you and your team embrace our core values: ‘Care, Community and Connection’. You’ll be working in a busy takeaway, so you must have a level head and be able to stay calm and organised under pressure. Attention to detail is a must, and we need you to be consistent and reliable in all you do, working in all areas of the takeaway. You will be required to have at least one year’s experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant or takeaway environment. You will have a flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its busiest.
