Salary up to £37,500 OTE. This role also attracts a £1k welcome bonus in October. Any trial shift for this role will be paid.

Your role as Sous Chef is to cook exceptional seafood dishes, ensuring every plate meets Rockfish standards. Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team, driving consistency and excellence. Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and service. Maintain high standards in food safety, stock control, and cost management. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
