About the Role

  • Support the Managers in the supervision of the restaurant day to day
  • Lead the way in delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Mentor and support the team in their training and career development
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
  • Supervise the serving of alcohol
