About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Support the General Manager day to day and take ownership of the business in their absence

  • Lead the way in delivering an exceptional guest experience

  • Mentor and support the the team in their training and career development

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
