About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Support the General Manager day to day and take ownership of the business in their absence
- Lead the way in delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Mentor and support the the team in their training and career development
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
