Our client is a fast-growing and well-established international operations company with their Head Office based in Ross-on-Wye. The company and culture are quite unique, a blend of highly professional, profit focused capability with the reward of making a highly valuable contribution to society on the world stage.

They now seek to appoint a capable, diligent and motivated Commercial Administrator to provide support to the commercial department, assisting with the coordination of commercial activities, contracts, pricing, and client relationships to ensure the effective delivery of commercial objectives. Full training will be given. The nature of their work is highly project focused and would see the successful candidate working closely from pre-bid/bid phase, through initialisation and delivery to demobilisation at the end for the project. You will have broad exposure from the outset in all aspects of the commercial side of the business.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Commercial Department, ensuring the smooth running of commercial functions.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of commercial contracts, proposals, and tender documentation.
  • Maintain and update commercial records, databases, experience tables and filing systems in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of commercial reports, pricing schedules, and client documentation.
  • Monitoring of client emails and tender portals.
  • Conduct timely and accurate month-end commercial administration, including updating commercial trackers.
  • Any additional administrative tasks as required to support the Commercial Department.
