The role of Account Executive is highly customer focussed, supporting the Account Manager in delivering a complex range of services all affected by multiple factors which need to be managed pro-actively. The role is the bridge between the customer and operational delivery. Effective communication is essential, being able to fully understand the clients' requirements and to convey this accurately to all relevant areas of the business.
They offer a broad range of services, meaning you will be able to adapt to multiple scenarios and situations and no two days will be the same. You will receive full support and training in the role but, in time, you will position yourself as a "trusted advisor" to your clients. This is a busy environment and the ability to multitask will be essential.
