Our client is a VC-backed international operation with a nucleus of professional staff based at their Head Office, in Ross-on-Wye. The company and culture are quite unique, a blend of being highly professional and profit focused yet with the additional reward of making a valuable humanitarian contribution to society on the World stage.
They are now seeking to appoint a capable, diligent and meticulous Project Administrator to provide administrative support and coordination for the successful implementation of global projects though the entire project lifecycle. Working closely with internal managers and field based teams ensuring that operations are supported fully and run as smoothly as possible, you will position yourself as the go-to person within Head office, utilising your highly organised nature to solve problems both proactively and reactively, as they present themselves.
As a Project Administrator your role will include:
- Responsibility for day-to-day administration of projects
- In conjunction with the field teams, arrange rotational travel for international contractors to and from project locations.
- Arrange visas and associated medicals/work permits for contractors as required.
- Create, maintain and archive project files.
- Maintain the Operations database for purchase requests, sales orders and logging of key project communications.
- Assist with the initial review of field reports ahead of submission.
- Conduct timely and accurate month end administration for each project, including project contractor payroll, raising of Sales Orders, and updating all project statistics and declarations.
