We are seeking a Commercial Manager to support the delivery of complex, international specialist projects within a fast-paced operational environment. This role will play a key part in ensuring strong commercial control, contract compliance, and risk management across a portfolio of projects delivered in both UK and international locations. You will work closely with project delivery teams to protect margins, manage contractual obligations, and support successful project execution in challenging and dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial management across assigned projects from award through to final account
  • Manage bid processes and contracts, including compliance, variations, compensation events, and claims
  • Provide accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and commercial performance analysis
  • Support and lead subcontract procurement, negotiation, and management
  • Work closely with project teams to manage risk and ensure contract compliance
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders on commercial matters where required
  • Support dispute avoidance and resolution where necessary
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes and governance
