Salary: ~ £55,000 + £20/25,000 OTE, pension, and benefits.

Our client is a leader in their field, trail blazing the way in the innovative, creative and inspirational delivery of value adding products and services to many of the largest companies across London. They are a SME, allowing them to be agile, entrepreneurial, and focused on the delivery of excellence to the customer.

They have several business units: supply & installation, service, events and seasonal. The business is privately owned, well established and rapidly growing.

In line with this growth, they seek to appoint a proven Sales leader to build upon this already successful operation and to take full ownership of business development, account management and new business. You will take full responsibility for all areas of sales, the team, the processes and for its ongoing growth and development. As part of the senior management team, you will play an active role in shaping the future of the business.

Ideally you will have proven experience in:

  • Building and leading a capable sales team
  • Managing and developing sales processes
  • Setting targets and leading a team to achieving them

Ideally you will have experience of the above gained within a service-based industry (Customer focussed) and management of sales support technology (CRM etc).
