Maintenance & Projects Manager Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 + benefits package (inc 25 days annual leave) Based in Weston-Super-Mare Our client small but well-established, growing, market leading specialist in the delivery of sustainable manufacturing services to many major OEMs. They are a forward thinking and dynamic business, continuously investing in new technology, focussed on improving efficiency and quality. It is an entrepreneurial business, promoting openness and free thinking and offing true autonomy within the role. Following a move to a new factory and due to expansion and ambition for further growth, they now seek to appoint a new role of Maintenance & Projects Manager, responsible for all Manufacturing Facilities & Equipment. You will be a skilled Maintenance/Engineering professional with a passion for optimising manufacturing efficiency through well planned and controlled maintenance programs. Ideally you will also have some experience, or interest in, the sourcing and installation of new and improved manufacturing machinery and infrastructure projects (tooling, assembly lines etc). The role will be a blend of hands-on day to day running of and, with the support of your small team, autonomously managing all elements of Factory Services. …
