Rocketship Public Schools is seeking a Chief Talent Officer to lead the network talent strategy across organizational effectiveness, employee relations and compliance, talent acquisition, talent management, rewards, and systems. Reporting to the CEO, the CTO will drive Rocketship's people agenda as the network expands.
The ideal candidate will build a high‑performing Talent function, use data to guide decisions, and partner with regional leaders to align talent with school outcomes.
