Position Description The Senior Manager, HRIS and Talent Systems position is a full‑time, exempt role and a critical part of the Talent Team at Rocketship.

Our success as an organization is dependent on helping our team members meet their full potential and creating quality systems of support for our schools and Rocketeers.

The Senior Manager will lead our Talent Performance walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally climb ladders.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is moderate to high.
