About the role
Characters are often the first emotional connection players make. As a Senior Character Artist, you will be instrumental in bringing that vision to life, translating concept and art direction into high‑quality, production‑ready characters that feel authentic, technically robust, and memorable in‑game. This is a hands‑on senior role focused on craft excellence. You’ll take ownership of character assets from approved concept through to final in‑engine implementation, ensuring they meet AAA standards for fidelity, performance, and gameplay integration. Our projects span original IP and partner collaborations, and engines and pipelines may evolve as production shifts. We value adaptable artists who can confidently apply their skills across changing technical requirements while maintaining consistent quality and artistic integrity. This is a long‑term onsite opportunity to contribute to ambitious projects within a studio focused on building sustainable teams and a strong creative future.
What you’ll do
- Own the creation of high‑quality character assets from approved concept to final in‑engine delivery.
- Sculpt, model, texture, and author materials to AAA standards.
- Collaborate with Rigging, Animation, and Technical Art to ensure clean implementation and performance.
- Maintain visual integrity while meeting gameplay and technical constraints.
- Contribute to team standards and help raise the overall quality bar.
