I am looking for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to support the centralisation of administrative functions across my clients' group. This role will provide essential HR support across six companies, covering approximately 470 employees, making it a varied and fast-paced opportunity. This is a predominantly admin-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and managing multiple processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing offers, contracts, and managing onboarding processes
  • Conducting references and security screening
  • Managing HRIS updates and data uploads
  • Processing and renewing DBS checks
  • Carrying out right to work checks
  • Coordinating new starter calls
  • Producing interim letters (e.g. role changes) and responding to external enquiries
  • Supporting the recruitment process alongside the HR Business Partner
  • Managing offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final pay communications
  • Acting as a liaison with payroll
  • Administering employee benefits and communications
  • Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Development Opportunities (Secondary Responsibilities):

  • Supporting employee inductions
  • Assisting with probationary reviews
