Rocketo is an early-stage London-based brand of air-dried dog food catering to pet parents who care about the absolute best ingredients for their pets, without the compromise on convenience. We believe in the power of focus, which is why Rocketo is currently growing exclusively in the UK via DTC channel only. Our food is based on delivering the best nutrition for the dog via high protein, lower carb recipe that is gently air-dried for an extended period to lock in nutrition and flavor. We are a small but mighty team. While this role is remote first, we believe in the power of in-person meetings and therefore aim to spend a day per week working together out of our office in Wandsworth.
We are looking for a fast-paced, hands-on entrepreneurial individual to take ownership of our Meta creative strategy and execution. You will be joining a small team looking to make a big impact and create epic content. You would own the creative process, performance marketing, creator relationships with the aim of creating bold, confident paid creatives, that break stereotypes and resonate with pet parents. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will set the roadmap for efficient testing and iteration, expanding formats and partnership and translating insights into breakthrough creative.
Responsibilities
- Leading Rocketo’s Meta creative strategy
- Reporting to Head of Growth, working alongside digital designer and with support from Creative Director
- Developing briefs, concepts, and messaging that resonate with different customer segments and platforms.
- Ideate and validate audience personas, hooks, and content angles to break through to new customers.
- Build and manage a creative testing framework to inform strategy and scale learnings.
- Turn data into insights - analysing results from A/B tests, platform metrics etc. to inform future creative directions.
- Lead the ideation and testing process across formats (video, static, UGC, motion) to drive continuous improvement in engagement and conversion.
- Stay ahead of trends in creative, content, and digital culture
- Managing external agency and/or freelancers as required
Ideal Qualifications
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful paid creative strategies
- 3-5 years’ experience in a creative strategy or performance-focused creative role
- Proven ability to develop and scale performance marketing creative across Meta
- A strong grasp of creative testing frameworks and how to interpret performance data into actionable insights.
- Experience leading a DTC site, working with / managing design sprints
- Entrepreneurial spirit, passion for innovation and ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and project-management skills
- Ambition to grow and push the limits
- Strong communication and presentation skills
