About us
Rocketo is a fast-growing dog nutrition brand built on real ingredients, functional benefits and food that genuinely works. Right now, our visual world is clean, simple and neutral. Over the coming months, we’re moving into an ambitious rebrand – refining our positioning, evolving our identity and building a more distinctive creative system across every touchpoint. Creative isn’t a support function here. It’s central to how we grow. Paid media in particular is a huge driver for us, and we’re looking for a designer who’s excited by the balance between brand and performance.
The role
A pivotal role within the team, reporting into the Creative Director. You’ll help elevate all digital output across organic social, paid media, .com and CRM – ensuring the work feels cohesive, emotionally resonant and commercially sharp. Organic storytelling is the engine. Paid performance amplifies it. The two should feed each other. We’re looking for someone who understands both the craft and the metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver digital design across .com, e-commerce, CRM and social
- Lead on creative development for organic storytelling formats
- Translate strong organic concepts into scalable paid media assets
- Build structured creative testing frameworks for paid social
- Iterate quickly based on performance insights and growth metrics
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing to analyse and optimise creative
- Support product launches with strong digital-first visual direction
- Create landing pages and key web moments that feel brand-led and clear
- Design email campaigns and flows that feel intentional and considered
- Build and maintain repeatable content systems and visual frameworks
- Create internal decks to clearly communicate ideas and concepts
- Contribute to rollout and application of new brand guidelines post-rebrand
- Work collaboratively with marketing, product and leadership teams
Skills & experience
- 3–5+ years’ experience in Digital Design across .com, e-commerce, social and CRM
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first thinking and storytelling
- Proven examples of growth driven through paid media creative testing
- Clear understanding of performance metrics and how creative impacts them
- Ability to build simple, repeatable content formats that scale
- Strong typography, layout and visual hierarchy skills
- Confident editing short-form video in Premiere Pro or CapCut
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable working at pace and iterating quickly
- Pragmatic, proactive and solutions-focused
- Excited by experimentation and trying ideas outside the expected playbook
- Bonus if you’ve worked in DTC, subscription or high-growth brands.
What we’re looking for
- Someone who cares deeply about originality and craft
- Understands that playful doesn’t mean fluffy
- Wants to cut through the noise rather than copy it
- Gets excited about shaping a brand during rebrand and growth
- Loves dogs. Deeply.
This is a genuine opportunity to help shape a disruptive brand at a defining moment. If this sounds like you, please apply with your CV and portfolio, including examples of organic storytelling and paid media growth. We read every application carefully. If your experience feels aligned, we’ll be in touch. We’re committed to building a team that reflects a broad mix of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. If you’re excited about the role but don’t tick every single box, we’d still love to hear from you.
