We're looking for a creative designer who doesn't just make ads — they watch ads, study ads, reverse-engineer ads, and then make better ones.

As our Performance Creative Designer you'll sit at the intersection of creative and performance, producing paid social content for two premium pet food brands under the Kormotech umbrella:

Optimeal and

Rocketo .

You'll report to the Creative Performance Strategist and work in close partnership to concept, shoot, design, and iterate on paid creative that stops thumbs and drives results.

What You'll Do

  • Creative Production
  • Concept and produce paid media ads across Meta, Tik Tok, and emerging channels. Focus will be on raw, lo-fi, native-feeling content that blends into the feed
  • Design static ads, carousels, and motion graphics that work hard within the feed
  • Ability to self-shoot and self-edit content; or re-work existing video content into new assets
  • Develop hooks obsessively, knowing the first two seconds make or break performance
  • You should be a strong creative brainstormer: you have 10 ideas for once concept
  • Performance Creative
  • Work closely with the Creative Performance Strategist to understand what's working, what's not, and why
  • Iterate rapidly on winning concepts; produce multiple variations for testing without losing creative integrity
  • Bring a data-informed instinct to creative decisions
  • Brand Fluency
  • Work within established brand guidelines when the brief calls for it and confidently break convention when it doesn't
  • Flex between two distinct brand personalities (Optimeal and Rocketo) without blurring the lines between them
  • Contribute creative ideas that push both brands forward in the category

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in paid social creative, content creation, or performance creative
  • A portfolio that demonstrates range: polished brand creative and scrappy, native-feeling content that actually ran and performed
  • Comfortable on camera or behind it. Willing to self-shoot, self-direct, and get hands-on
  • Platform-native: you spend time on these platforms personally and you understand how creative behaves on each
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, or equivalent editing tools; motion/video skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with paid media metrics: CTR, ROAS, hook rate, thumb-stop; and what they mean for creative decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously across two brands without dropping the ball
  • Nice to Haves
  • Experience in CPG, pet, food/bev, or premium consumer goods
  • UGC-style content creation experience
  • Motion design or light animation skills
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or creative testing frameworks
  • Why This Role

You'll have creative reach across two growing brands at a pivotal moment.

You’re not maintaining a template library but actively shaping what performance creative looks like for both.

We’re a small team with fast feedback loops, and real creative freedom to experiment.

We’re seeking someone with a strong drive to excel in this environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package
  • Become part of an early, ambitious team looking to grow the busienss agressively
  • Opportunity to build a brand identity from early stage
  • Laptop and anything else required for a work from home setup
  • Pension contributions

Please include a link to your portfolio; or at list 2-3 paid social ads you’ve made that have actually ran.

Please also elaborate on any key performance highlights below if not included in your portfolio.
