As a UX Designer at RocketMill, you will have a dynamic role, combining design skills and technical know-how.
You will use your UX design skills to create best-in-class online experiences that engage and delight our clients’ customers, while leveraging your technical expertise to implement UX and content changes via a CMS.
You will join a growing, multidisciplinary UX/CRO team with diverse skills including data analysis, visual design, wireframing, prototyping, experimentation, UX strategy, research, usability testing, and digital accessibility.
We seek a problem solver confident in design and CMS skills, possibly with a few years of experience, eager to learn and grow. You’ll champion the user, have an interest in inclusive design, and demonstrate diligence in your work. You’ll produce wireframes, enhance them with visual design, and execute designs into code.
You should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and liaising with stakeholders within the agency and clients. Work remotely or in our London and Brighton offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across the design process from ideation to high-fidelity prototyping using tools like Figma.
- Plan your approach based on client requirements and user needs.
- Ensure designs are QA’d and approved before sharing with clients.
- Discuss feedback with clients and team to refine designs.
- Execute UX and content changes via a CMS (AEM), adhering to client processes and brand guidelines.
- Support user research, UX audits, client workshops, and translate findings into recommendations.
- Work with CRO team to iterate on conversion projects.
- Incorporate inclusive design principles and WCAG guidelines to promote accessibility.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and client leads for project success.
