Reporting to our Analytics Manager and working within our award-winning Data & Insight team, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to optimise marketing performance with data. At RocketMill, you will apply critical thinking, creativity, and technical ability to solve unique challenges and achieve exceptional results for our clients. The ideal candidate will be naturally inquisitive, highly motivated to learn, and genuinely excited to work in the rapidly evolving field of marketing analytics. Work remotely or in our London and Brighton offices.
Here's what we need:
Key ResponsibilitiesIn your first six months, we will invest in your training to give you everything needed to start your career in marketing analytics. Your milestones will include:
- Become Google Analytics certified
- Demonstrate competence in MS Excel for data analysis, manipulation, and visualization
- Deliver a client-facing measurement audit
- Implement customized marketing analytics measurement within Google Tag Manager
- Build a KPI performance dashboard visualizing multiple data sources
- Assist the Marketing Analyst and Lead in delivering excellent service to clients
After six months, you'll manage a small client portfolio under supervision. Daily tasks may include:
- Identifying digital KPIs and measurement strategies
- Conducting measurement audits for data relevance and integrity
- Implementing customized measurement solutions
- Creating dashboards to articulate digital KPIs
- Analyzing data to improve KPI performance
- Participating in weekly client calls
- Presenting in quarterly meetings
We will continue your training in:
- Google Data Studio and Power BI dashboards
- Integrating data from multiple sources
- Advanced analysis using R
- SQL querying in platforms like Google BigQuery
