About the Role
Healx seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to provide hands‑on, generalist legal support across research, clinical, partnerships, technology, finance and operations as the company scales internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate and execute a variety of commercial and research agreements (NDAs, MTAs, MSAs, vendor contracts).
- Manage contract filing, company secretarial duties and compliance filings.
- Support fundraising legal aspects and manage relationships with external counsel.
- Develop policies, templates and embed good legal practices across teams.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer (UK or equivalent jurisdiction).
- Approximately 5+ years post‑qualification experience.
- Experience with biotech/commercial agreements and working with external counsel.
- Comfortable adopting AI tools and legal tech to improve workflows.
