The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a relationship‑driven environment where trust, domain knowledge, and professional presence matter. This role offers significant scope for development and progression for the right candidate.

- Networking & Relationship Building
- Proactively build a trusted network across front‑office, operations, and technology functions in financial services
- Represent Rocketfin at industry events, conferences, and forums
- Support account management activity to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, competitor activity, and market movements relevant to capital markets participants
- Provide insight to support sales strategy and go‑to‑market planning
- Contribute ideas to internal strategy and business development meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional manner
- A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in sales and business development
- Working knowledge of financial services workflows, particularly within capital markets (e.g. trade lifecycle, brokerage operations, settlement) — gained through work experience, education, or personal interest
- Ability to present and explain complex platforms or concepts clearly to varied audiences
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven with a proactive approach to work
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent prospecting tools
- A degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline — not essential
- Experience delivering platform or software demonstrations to clients
- An existing network within financial services that can be leveraged for business development
