We’re looking for a data led PPC Manager looking for a challenge in a fast paced team, a challenging role with genuine growth opportunities, within a supportive, high-performance environment. This is a development-led role, offering a clear Development & Progression Document (DPD) with structured milestones designed to support growth into more senior positions. The role is hybrid, based from our dog-friendly Ancoats office, and suited to someone who enjoys both hands-on delivery and strategic collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities and implement ongoing optimisations
- Produce clear, data and insight-led reporting with actionable recommendations
- Partner with clients to understand objectives and align PPC strategy to business goals
- Manage budgets effectively to maximise efficiency and ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, analytics) to deliver strong results
- Execute quarterly testing strategies (A/B, creative, audience) to improve performance
- Manage workload effectively while communicating clearly with stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience managing PPC campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Confident data analysis around performance data and translating insights into action
- Experience managing budgets and optimising toward efficiency and growth
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Google Ads certification preferred (but not essential)
