We are looking for a Process-Obsessed Builder to join us as a Workflow Automation Manager. You don’t need to be a coder. You need to be a problem solver who loves connecting tools to make magic happen. You will be the bridge between our clients’ business chaos and our technical solutions.
Location: Hybrid (Stafford HQ 2 days/week, Remote 3 days).
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 + Meaningful Equity Options.
Role Type: Full Time / Project Delivery & Automation.
Responsibilities:
- Map & Fix Processes: You will sit with business owners, understand their bottlenecks (Sales, Finance, Ops), and map out efficient workflows.
- Build the Logic (Low-Code): You will use visual tools (like n8n, Make, or Zapier) to automate these processes. We will train you on the specific tools, but you must bring the logical mindset.
- Client Delivery: You will manage the project from "Kick-off" to "Go-Live," ensuring the client is happy and the system actually works.
- Project Management: You are the "Shield." You manage timelines, expectations, and testing, ensuring our Lead Developer can focus on the core platform.
- Refine the Product: As you solve problems for clients, you will feed those learnings back to our Lead Developer to help improve the core platform for everyone.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Ops/RevOps: You know how to take a messy human process and turn it into a checklist or flowchart.
- Workflow Wizardry: You have used tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Salesforce Flows, or Microsoft Power Automate to save time.
- Data Logic: You understand inputs, outputs, and conditional logic (If This Happens, Then Do That).
- Resilience: When an automation breaks (and it will), you don’t panic. You troubleshoot, fix, and improve.
- The "Bridge" Personality: You are geeky enough to love APIs, but human enough to drink a coffee with a client and understand their stress.
- Bonus Skills: Basic functional knowledge of Excel formulas, SQL, simple scripts, or experience as a CRM Manager/Technical Project Manager.
To Apply: Don’t just send a generic CV. Send a CV and tell us about one automation or process you built that saved someone time.
