We design and hand-build high-performance sports cars based on the iconic Mazda MX-5 platform, combining engineering, craftsmanship and a passion for driving into every car that leaves our workshop.
We're looking for an experienced Lead Workshop Technician to join our small, highly skilled team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, takes genuine pride in their work and is ready to lead by example.
You'll spend as much time on the tools as you will supporting the day-to-day running of our workshop, ensuring every build meets the standards our customers have come to expect.
What we're looking for
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic experience
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Experience leading a workshop team—or the ambition to step into that role
- An eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional quality
- A genuine enthusiasm for cars and engineering
