Rocket Staffing are currently recruiting experienced PSV/Bus Technicians to join a busy team in York. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for long-term work with consistent hours.
The successful applicant will be an experienced commercial vehicle technician with a proven track record of experience in successfully maintaining and repairing vehicles to DVSA MOT standards. Duties will include all aspects of heavy commercial vehicle maintenance including fault finding and rectification and planned maintenance inspections.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in PSV vehicle maintenance
- Team player – willingness to work alongside a successful team
- Flexible – able to adapt to a variety of tasks necessary in the day-to-day operations of a busy workshop environment
- Good attention to detail – able to work to the very highest standards
- Ability to work consistently and safely to a high standard of Health & Safety
Preferred but not essential requirements:
- Do you have a PSV driving licence?
- Do you have mechanical experience with PSV vehicles?
- Do you have NVQ/IRTEC accreditations?
