We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a long-term façade restoration project on a commercial high-rise building in Canary Wharf. The Role
- Overseeing daily site operations and coordinating workflow
- Managing site operatives and subcontractors
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Implementing and monitoring RAMS
- Liaising with building management and access teams
- Tracking progress and reporting to senior management
Requirements
- Valid SMSTS certification
- Strong background in façade or cladding works
- Experience working on high-rise construction projects
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SAEMA certification (desirable)
- Comfortable working at significant height
