This is a hands-on role working with high-performance machinery in a fast-paced environment, offering strong opportunities for development and progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mix inks in line with production schedules
- Read and interpret technical job specifications
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
- Monitor print quality and ensure high standards are met
- Carry out colour matching and adjustments
- Optimise machine performance to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues
- Maintain high housekeeping standards across production areas
- Accurately complete production documentation
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations
