About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Exterior Coating Technicians to join our team, working on behalf of our client, specialising in the restoration and protection of powder-coated aluminium (PPC) surfaces using advanced coating systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality façade, window, and architectural projects, restoring aged finishes and extending the life of existing installations.

  • Carry out surface preparation, cleaning, and decontamination of aluminium substrates
  • Restore colour depth and uniformity of powder-coated finishes
  • Apply clear, UV-stable protective coatings using specialist methods
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality finishes across all treated surfaces
  • Work in controlled sections to maintain correct application standards
  • Follow strict quality control procedures and approved sample areas
  • Maintain clean, safe working practices on-site

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Aluminium window frames and façade systems
  • Curtain walling and cladding
  • Doors, panels, and architectural elements

Materials & Equipment Used:

  • Specialist coating systems (client-supplied)
