Plant/Mechanical Engineer to work as an Assistant Trainer Working along side the training manager -to help train up workshop Engineers Salary 36k to 37k Monday to Friday Location Bedford ( some travel across the offices ) • Company Vehicle • 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays • Mobile Phone & Laptop Job description Permanent, full time 37.5 hours per week depending on travelling We currently have a job opportunity within our Training team for a Plant Trainer, based in Bedford to train and demonstrate our Trenchless Technology machinery including GRUNDOMAT (Moling), GRUNDOWINCH (Twin Capstan Winches), & GRUNDOBURST (Pipe Bursting) Key responsibilities Working with the Training Manager you will be focused on exceeding our client expectations for outstanding delivery. Accredited courses will be delivered at a variety of satellite locations nationally or on-site at our customers’ premises and at our Bedford depot.. Furthermore, the applicant will need to be able to be handle all administrative tasks required in registering delegates and taking relevant info in a classroom situation. What we\’re looking for • Knowledge of the construction Industry/Utilities & Civil sectors • Knowledge of Trenchless Technology would be preferable but not essential • Ability to communicate and deliver presentations, experience of delivering training • Willingness to deliver practical training, outdoors in all weathers • Energy and enthusiasm with a proven ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team • Ability to delivery to target groups of product users high quality, core training material by paying attention to precise detail and individual student needs • Good interpersonal skills, able to deal with people of all levels with an engaging and cheerful style • Full driving licence required • An individual to is prepared to travel (approximately 2 days each week) and dependent on home location may include overnight stays What we can offer you Competitive Remuneration package of £36,000 to 38k • 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays • Mobile Phone & Laptop • Commission after 3 months of probation • Company Pension • Long service recognition • Free Parking on site • Company Vehicle
