We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Cradle Operative / Supervisor to support a major façade restoration project in Canary Wharf. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to combine practical site work with team leadership responsibilities on a high-profile development.
The Role
As Lead Cradle Operative / Supervisor, you will take a key role in overseeing site activities while remaining actively involved in the work. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising cradle (BMU) teams on site
- Carrying out façade cleaning and restoration works
- Supporting the training and development of operatives
- Assisting with workflow management and coordination
- Ensuring high standards of health & safety and quality control
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Strong experience working with BMU / cradle systems
- Confident working at height
- Experience leading small teams
- Good English communication skills
- SAEMA certification (preferred)
