We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Cradle Operative / Supervisor to support a major façade restoration project in Canary Wharf. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to combine practical site work with team leadership responsibilities on a high-profile development.

The Role

As Lead Cradle Operative / Supervisor, you will take a key role in overseeing site activities while remaining actively involved in the work. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising cradle (BMU) teams on site
  • Carrying out façade cleaning and restoration works
  • Supporting the training and development of operatives
  • Assisting with workflow management and coordination
