We are currently recruiting for multiple Façade Operatives to join a long‑term restoration project on a high‑rise commercial building. Working as part of a professional team, you will be involved in specialist external cleaning and restoration works.

Responsibilities

  • Restoration cleaning of external façade and cladding surfaces
  • Cleaning and restoration of aluminium façade systems
  • Removal of environmental contamination and staining
  • Surface preparation of aluminium cladding and window systems
  • Application of specialist façade restoration coatings
  • Working safely from BMU cradles / suspended access systems

Qualifications

  • Previous cradle / BMU experience preferred
  • Valid CSCS card
  • IPAF (beneficial)
  • Working at height experience preferred
  • SAEMA certification beneficial
  • Must have a clear understanding of English language
  • Comfortable working at significant height

This role is ideally suited to a reliable and hard‑working operative looking to secure consistent work on a long‑term London contract.
