We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage our daily operations, reporting directly to the General Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising various tasks to ensure efficient and smooth operations. This is a full‑time position with competitive pay. Duties
- Manage and oversee day‑to‑day operations of the company
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity
- Good at managing staff
- Coordinate and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including reports, budgets, and performance metrics
- Expected to take part in the out of hours on call rota
