Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Electrical bias Location Glasgow Sunday to Thursday Nights hours 10pm to 6am Salary 52500 plus overtime We are looking for a Multi Skilled maintenance engineer electrical/ mechanical aswell 60/40 split .You would be responsible for PPM and repair to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing plant. This role involves overseeing all maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and equipment installations, while also ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The manager will also be involved in developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the potential responsibilities and requirements: Key Responsibilities: * Part of the PPM Maintenance Team: * Electrical !8th Edition qualified Electrical installation work plus PPM machinery breakdown .You will have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively. * Developing and Implementing Maintenance Strategies: Creating and executing preventative maintenance programs, setting maintenance schedules, and optimizing equipment performance to minimize downtime. * Ensuring Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations, company policies, and relevant industry standards within the maintenance : * Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and other equipment malfunctions, coordinating with other departments as needed. * Contractor Management: Overseeing contractors working on site, ensuring they adhere to safety and company standards. * Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve maintenance processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. to apply to this position -Please can you send me your cv and i will call to discuss the position
