Salary: £45,000 to £52,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 42-hour week plus overtime
All train and tube tickets for travel are paid for.
Responsibilities include:
- Installation of Machines
- Wiring and Commissioning of new BMUs (Building Maintenance Units)
- Servicing and Maintaining Equipment
- Annual LOLER
- Call Outs
Working between London, Manchester, and Northern Ireland.
Experience required in:
- Installation of LV, HV, and instrument cables
- Cabling systems BMS, DCS
- Glanding and terminating marshalling boxes, panels, and cabinets
- Cable containment such as heavy, medium, and light duty tray, conduit, ladder rack trunking
- Types of cable such as SWA, FP200, MICC, IS cabling
- Installation interpretation of drawings and specifications
- General and Reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
- Minor PLC Systems
- Inverters, Generators, Motors, Pumps
- Abrasive wheels
- Commissioning
- Fault Diagnosis / Finding
