We are currently recruiting for multiple Façade Operatives to join a long-term restoration project on a high-rise commercial building. Working as part of a professional team, you will be involved in specialist external cleaning and restoration works.
Responsibilities:
- Restoration cleaning of external façade and cladding surfaces
- Cleaning and restoration of aluminium façade systems
- Removal of environmental contamination and staining
- Surface preparation of aluminium cladding and window systems
- Application of specialist façade restoration coatings
- Working safely from BMU cradles / suspended access systems
Qualifications:
- Previous cradle / BMU experience preferred
- Valid CSCS card
- IPAF (beneficial)
- Working at height experience preferred
- SAEMA certification beneficial
- Must have a clear understanding of English language
- Comfortable working at significant height
