Manufacturing Food Site. The site operates 24/7 and the role is shift based 4 on 4 off (2d 2n 12hr shifts).
Licence/Certification: Qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer (required).
Qualifications: Time‑served Electrical Engineers with apprenticeship training and an FMCG or Food industry background.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Understanding of Electrical Control Automation systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
- Fault finding on pneumatic systems
- Electrical and mechanical installations, PLC, variable speed drives, and control circuit fault finding experience
- Competent at changing seal kits on a variety of high‑pressure and low‑pressure centrifugal pumps
- Mechanical Systems knowledge (Thermal Processes, Pumps, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Valves)
- Fast moving flexible packing production lines
Responsibilities:
- Perform fault finding on pneumatic systems.
- Carry out electrical and mechanical installations.
- Troubleshoot PLC, variable speed drives, and control circuitry.
