Rocket Staffing are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers on behalf of our prestigious client based in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company. This role involves working outside, so applicants must be prepared to work in all weather conditions. The role also requires regular manual handling and heavy lifting. Salary: * Β£13.60 per hour (Standard) * Β£15.66 per hour (Unsocial hours β after 20:00) * Β£19.44 per hour (Overtime) Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00 β 22:00 Duties will include: * Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently * Picking and pulling stock to fulfil orders * Loading and unloading delivery vehicles * Supporting with general warehouse and yard-based operations * Following instructions from your line manager and adhering to site safety standards Requirements: * Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence * Previous FLT experience within the last 12 months (preferred) * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather * Physically fit β heavy lifting involved * PPE required: Safety boots and suitable layered clothing for outdoor work * Reliable, flexible, and committed to full-time work What We Offer: * Weekly pay * Free on-site parking * Pension scheme * Ongoing, long-term work * Casual dress code * Supportive working environment with out-of-hours assistance available Start your next role with a reliable and forward-thinking employer β apply today with Rocket Staffing
