We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a long-term façade restoration project on a commercial high-rise building in Canary Wharf. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a well-established team delivering specialist external works on a prestigious, large-scale development.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of day-to-day site activities, ensuring the project runs safely, efficiently, and to programme. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily site operations and coordinating workflow
  • Managing site operatives and subcontractors
  • Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Implementing and monitoring RAMS
  • Liaising with building management and access teams
  • Tracking progress and reporting to senior management

Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

  • Valid SMSTS certification
  • Strong background in façade or cladding works
  • Experience working on high-rise construction projects
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • SAEMA certification (desirable)
  • Comfortable working at significant height
