Salary: Β£45 to 52k
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hour week plus overtime
All train and tube tickets for travel are paid for.
Working on BMU (Building Maintenance Units) includes:
- Installation of Machines
- Wiring and Commissioning of new BMUs
- Servicing and Maintaining Equipment
- Annual LOLER & Load testing Equipment
- Call Outs
- Working between London, Manchester, Northern Ireland
Experience gained in the following:
- Installation of LV, HV and instrument cables
- Cabling systems BMS, DCS
- Glanding and terminating marshalling boxes, panels and cabinets
- Cable containment such as heavy, medium and light duty tray, conduit, ladder rack trunking of cable types such as SWA, FP200, MICC, IS cabling
- Installation interpretation of drawings and specifications
- General and Reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
- Minor PLC Systems
- Inverters
- Generators, Motors, Pumps
- Abrasive wheels
- Commissioning
- Fault Diagnosis / Finding
