The Project
As an accomplished Site Manager, you\’ll be responsible for Training workshop mechanical fitters Bedford offices and travel to other clients sites to assist with all training.
- experience as a Site Manager / Site Agent in the Civil Engineering sector
- Experience running streetworks / upgrade schemes

Duties
- To be part of the training division Liaise with clients and Mechanical fitters
- Update and maintain progress reports
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of training activities on site
- Identify project related issues and oversee they are solved efficiently
- Manage and provide support and guidance to the civils teams
- Oversee daily operations onsites, ensuring efficient progress
- Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, whilst upholding a secure work environment
- Monitor work quality and ensure that construction activities meet specified standards and client expectations
- Stay in regular contact with your team, engaging in ongoing discussions about project updates and handling any issues that may arise
