HGV Technician / Mechanic

Location: Bournemouth

Salary: £42,000 - £44,460 a year

Type: Permanent, Full-time

31 days holiday, pension and parking

Shift: Late Shift - 12 NOON - 9PM

Pay: £17-18 per Hour Basic DOE plus overtime enhancements & 6 monthly Loyalty Bonus

Qualified & experienced HGV Technician needed due to significant increase in customer base & workload.

We are looking for an enthusiastic & flexible team player who can use their initiative working on various makes/models of HGV & lighter commercial vehicles.

Additional holiday: 1 day per full year of employment to a maximum of 25 days. Company holiday buy back scheme applies.

Summary:

As a Late Shift HGV Technician/Mechanic, you will be integral to maintaining and repairing heavy goods vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills with tools and equipment to perform essential maintenance and repairs. Your expertise in fabrication, welding, and electrical systems will enhance your ability to tackle complex issues.
