Rocket Science Group's Atomic Theory studio in Brighton is seeking a Principal Game Engineer to own player-facing systems across Unreal Engine projects. You will drive gameplay, UI, 3Cs, and AI, set technical direction, and mentor others while collaborating with partners to deliver ship-quality experiences.

You should bring deep C++/C# expertise, strong 3D maths, and a track record of polished, responsive gameplay, with a passion for high-quality engineering and collaboration in a hybrid office.
