We are looking for a Food, Health & Safety Manager to join our growing team at Rocket Rose Holdings (RRH); the parent company of Culinera and Thomas & Tate. We are on an exciting growth journey, and we are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Food, Health & Safety Manager to lead our compliance function across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of Health & Safety and Food Safety across a multi-site environment, working in close partnership with our operational teams to ensure everything we do is safe, compliant, and delivered to the highest possible standard. This role goes beyond process and paperwork; we are looking for someone who can truly influence culture, helping our teams understand the “why” behind compliance, embedding best practice, and driving a proactive, positive approach to safety and quality across every site.
A bit about us: We are an award-winning hospitality business based in the charming Little Chalfont. Most recently, we've been awarded as a top-ten employer by The Sunday Times! We started in January 2020 with nothing but a laptop, and we have grown across 5 years to employ 850 people, win industry accolades, and operate in over 100 locations. Geographically, our locations are concentrated around London and the M25, but we are growing particularly in the south of the UK.
In 2025 we moved into our amazing new basecamp that features dedicated training rooms and a fantastic Cookery School. We have and are constantly investing into L&D, as we want to have the best training opportunities possible for our people. In our November 2025 people survey, 100% of respondents said they know what is expected of them at work, and 90% of people said my supervisor, or someone at work, seems to care about me as a person. Clearly, we are doing some things well, but the purpose of this role is to ensure we can hit 99-100% in all categories and ensure we continue to deliver on our mission for the long term.

- Carrying out audits, supporting inspections, and driving continuous improvement
- Investigating incidents and putting practical solutions in place
- Working closely with our operations teams to embed compliance into daily routines
- Producing reports and insights to support smart decision-making.
What we are looking for:

- Experience in a multi-site or contract catering environment
- Someone confident, approachable, and able to influence at all levels
- A proactive mindset; someone who spots opportunities to improve
- Great organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- A growing, ambitious business where you can make a real impact
- A supportive, down-to-earth culture
