About Rocket Padel
Since 2018, Rocket Padel has been on a mission to build the most fun, welcoming, and social exercise community for everyone. With more than 100 courts established and operated across Scandinavia, we bring a wealth of experience and passion to the sport. Our iconic Battersea Power Station club, opened in 2024 and has quickly become a flagship destination and a hub for players of all levels. We offer four state-of-the-art indoor premium courts, providing year-round access to padel.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Padel Coach to lead and elevate our club’s padel programme. This pivotal role blends hands-on coaching with strategic leadership to drive the sport’s growth and success at Rocket Padel.
As Head Coach, you will take a central role in designing and delivering our year-round coaching and competitive programme, while also leading on corporate activities, events, and partnerships that form a key part of our business. You will oversee and organise the coaching team, ensuring seamless delivery across all programmes, and adapt to customer trends and demand by creating activities and tournaments that align with the market.
You will inspire and support players of all ages and levels, nurture and develop the coaching team, and take the lead in ensuring padel thrives competitively, socially, and commercially within our community.
