Since 2018, Rocket Padel has been on a mission to create the most fun, open and social exercise community for everyone. We have established and operated more than 100 courts in Scandinavia, and we opened our first UK Rocket Padel Club in Bristol in 2023, still the largest padel club in the country with 14 indoor courts. Followed by a summer pop-up padel venue just in front of the iconic Battersea Power Station the journey continues with 11 indoor courts in Ilford, becoming the largest padel club in London. To develop padel, inspire and support activities at Rocket Padel Bristol we are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic coach to deliver padel to kids, holiday camps and mixed adult groups.
Your Mission at Rocket Padel
As Padel Coach you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive padel programme and increasing participation and memberships at the club. You will put customer satisfaction at the heart of our club ensuring both members, guests and staff are having a great experience of the sport and our Rocket Padel Team, all whilst ensuring a safe & legal environment in our club at all times.
- Delivering a minimum of 10 hours of the group coaching programme to all ages from kids aged 5 and up to mixed group adults with a chance to grow the programme and increase hours/days of work.
- Leading and delivering on school holiday camps and providing fun, engaging sessions for all abilities.
- Hosting adult group sessions, themed social events and matchplay sessions.
- Ensure and promote equality of opportunity, respecting diversity and recognize the needs of different groups and individuals.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all customers and advise club manager of any issues over court safety or disrepair.
What You Need to Embark
We are looking for a positively minded, motivated and a real ambassador of our sport. You are open to learning and aligning with our team values. Administrative and communicate efficiently and professionally with clients and colleagues. In addition to this we believe the right person has the following qualifications:
- Have and maintain an LTA coaching qualification and accreditation.
- Hold valid First Aid and Safeguarding certificates.
- Good time management skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills (high fluency in English).
- Comfortable and experienced workingwith children of all ages.
- True passion for the sport and want to become an ambassador for Rocket Padel both internally and externally.
