Responsibilities
- Handle a varied caseload involving agricultural and rural affairs, business succession planning, tax planning, trusts and estate planning, partnership agreements, and related private client matters.
- Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work.
- 3–4 years’ PQE (applications with relevant experience outside this range are welcomed).
- Knowledge of agricultural and rural matters is advantageous.
- Experience in trusts, succession planning, and tax planning.
