Key Responsibilities
- Install, wire, and commission new Building Maintenance Units (BMUs)
- Service and maintain BMU equipment
- Conduct annual LOLER & load testing
- Respond to equipment call‑outs across London, Manchester, and Northern Ireland
Required Experience
- Installation of LV, HV and instrument cables
- Experience with cabling systems, BMS, DCS
- Glanding and terminating marshalling boxes, panels and cabinets
- Cable containment using tray, conduit, ladder rack trunking for SWA, FP200, MICC, IS cabling
- Interpretation of drawings and specifications
- General and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
- Minor PLC systems, inverters, generators, motors, pumps, abrasive wheels
- Commissioning and fault diagnosis
