About the Role:
We\'re seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to lead the development and execution of Windward’s GTM operations. This is a critical role responsible for aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to enable scalable, predictable revenue growth.
You will manage a small, high-impact team of 2 professionals , and will be directly responsible for Salesforce operations and order administration , ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our revenue processes from lead to cash.
You will report directly to the SVP global sales and work closely with GTM and executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and performance insights.
What You’ll Do:
Strategy & GTM Alignment
- Partner with GTM leaders (Sales, Marketing, CS) to align processes, systems, and metrics across the full customer journey.
- Drive planning cycles, including revenue forecasting, territory design, compensation modeling, and KPI tracking.
- Serve as a key advisor to the SVP global sales and executive leadership on business performance and growth opportunities.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track pipeline health, funnel efficiency, CAC, LTV, churn, and other key metrics.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and customer retention.
- Support board-level reporting and investor-ready insights.
Team & Operational Ownership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 RevOps and sales admin professionals.
- Oversee order administration , ensuring deal processing accuracy, compliance, and smooth handoff to finance and delivery teams.
- Own and optimize Salesforce CRM including configuration, reporting, process automation, and system integrations.
- Maintain clean, reliable data to support accurate reporting and forecasting.
Process Optimization & Tech Stack
- Drive continuous improvement across the GTM operations working closely with marketing, CS and delivery leaders
- Standardize and document processes across lead management, deal execution, renewals, and QBRs.
Ensure strong tool adoption and enablement across teams.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success aligning and scaling GTM operations in high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in SaaS metrics and financial modeling.
- Expertise in Salesforce administration and process automation
- Hands-on experience with order administration or quote-to-cash workflows.
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Ample Market, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI platforms
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Experience working with global or distributed teams is a plus.
