A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven Hospitality Bar Manager to join Rocket Food’s Motorsports team delivering world-class trackside hospitality for our partner. This role requires the successful applicant to travel and work abroad for approximately 25 weeks of the year – this must be taken into consideration before applying. What you’ll do We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who will be responsible for ensuring the trackside race team members and invited guests are looked after to the highest standards, delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be expected to create a warm and welcoming environment, working confidently running the bar and drinks service. You will be responsible for daily tasks both on their own and as part of the wider trackside hospitality and catering team within all areas of client hospitality. In between races, you will assist with logistics and administration requirements from Rocket’s HQ in Battersea, London. Your skills and Experience Essential A passion for hospitality, service, food, and drink Highly skilled in bar & drinks service and creation Innovative and creative person who strives for excellence Strong organization skills and able to make robust judgments and prioritise tasks Demonstrable experience as a bartender within a luxury hospitality environment Excellent attention to detail Excellent relationship building skills Team player – we’re a social bunch!
